For the treatment of schizophrenia in adult patients. 

Women of childbearing potential must be advised to avoid pregnancy whilst on Cariprazine.  Female patients of child-bearing potential must use highly effective contraceptive methods during treatment and for at least 10 weeks following the last dose of Cariprazine.

• 1: Requiring specialist assessment to enable patient selection, initiation and ongoing treating
• 2: Requiring long term on-going monitoring of efficacy by a specialist and not suitable for shared care
